Location Data

The Child Guardian Application sends your location to our servers when you grant the device access to location services. We do this solely for the purposes of delivering localized alerts to your device as part of the Child Guardian Service.

We do not store on our servers any location history for your device.

Background Location

When activated with the application’s Background Location setting (default is on), we use a low power and low accuracy method of tracking your approximate location. As your location changes, we transmit this information to our servers in the same way and for the same reasons as the Location Data.

Transfer of data abroad

Our website is hosted on servers located in the Canada. If you are visiting this website from another country, the various communications will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international boundaries.
